Important: Renovation bookings require a $50 consultation first. Requests without consultation will not be approved. If the project is scheduled, the fee is credited to your project. Project Timeline: Typically spans 4–7 daily sessions, depending on material selection and drying time. What’s Included: Everything in the Refresh Package, plus: Partial cabinet refacing New doors and drawer fronts (limited quantity) Soft‑close hardware upgrade Light carpentry adjustments for improved alignment New trim or crown moulding additions Minor layout tweaks (non‑structural) Enhanced prep work (sanding + adhesion improvements) Premium brush/roller finish (2 coats, single colour) Reinstall existing or upgraded hardware Inside cabinets not included. Pricing: Pricing is per new door/drawer front + labour for refacing. Typical kitchens fall between $3,000–$6,000, depending on size and material choices.
