    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, item size, and delivery method. Grainline Woodworks does not cover shipping costs—these are paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

  • Domestic & International Shipping
    We ship across Canada and offer select international delivery options. For international orders or special delivery requests, please contact us for a tailored solution.

  • Service Interruptions
    In rare cases—such as weather delays or carrier disruptions—we’ll notify you immediately and provide updated delivery timelines.
