Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom wood choice, epoxy inlays, engraved pieces) are non‑returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
